Welcome to the ONINO February 2025 newsletter! We’ve made incredible progress already this month, and we’re excited to share all the updates with you!

Each first Monday of the month we hold our monthly ONINO community update. This is your chance to hear the latest & greatest about ONINO, where we answer all your questions and we have a great time together.

ONINO Tokenization Platform
Having spent the last few months focusing on obtaining the necessary licenses for the tokenization platform, and connecting it to the legally compliant security token registry, we are pleased to announce that we have now reached the final step: the legal approval of our tokenization platform by our liability partners.
This approval is essential to comply with all German and European regulations. It marks a significant milestone for standardized tokenization and is one of the last steps before we can release our own ONINO tokenization platform, allowing us to finally offer both: whitelabel for enterprises and our own platform for individual tokenization projects.
We have also focused on improving the functionality for issuers and administrators of the platform. This includes easy management of utility and security tokens, investor management and investor communication through email integrations. This is an important step in lowering the barrier to entry for companies to adopt tokenized securities.
Tokenization with ONINO makes not only the asset, but also the investor management easier than ever before.
The ONINO Web Wallet
In addition to the tokenization platform, preparations for the launch of the ONINO Mainnet, our own blockchain infrastructure tailored to tokenization, are also in full swing.
We have finalized the node setup technology for several cloud providers, put the finishing touches to our network-level smart contracts that manage validators and staking, completed most of the functionalities for the ONINO wallet that enables staking and token migration to our mainnet, and developed a legally compliant, secure and efficient process for token migration in close coordination with our legal advisors.
We are very much looking forward to the launch and will provide you with more instructions and background information on the ONINO mainnet in detailed blog posts soon!

After kicking off 2025 with an exciting lineup of events, we’re continuing the momentum we built. The conferences and events we attend are a key part of ONINO’s mission to connect with industry leaders, showcase our platform, and explore new opportunities for growth.
