Europe is uniquely positioned to lead. While other regions are still working on qualitative regulations, Europe has taken the time to establish MiCA, the most advanced regulatory framework for digital assets in the world. This gives Europe a solid foundation for building a compliant, trusted tokenization market. Yet, despite this advantage, there is still no dedicated tokenization platform designed to fully unlock this potential. Many projects rely on Ethereum or other general-purpose blockchains. While powerful, these networks were not built for regulated financial instruments by design, forcing issuers into complex workarounds. ONINO is here to change that by providing the infrastructure that allows Europe’s regulatory clarity to translate into real-world tokenization at scale.

• Engine 2: Web3 blockchain and ONI economy

The ONINO blockchain powers tokenized asset issuance, sub-chains, and decentralized applications. At its core sits the ONI token, which enables transactions, governance, and network growth. Validators, developers, and users all contribute to and benefit from this ecosystem.

October Launch: A Milestone, Not the Finish Line

This October, we will launch the public ONINO Tokenization Platform. This is a defining milestone: for the first time, issuers will be able to onboard assets and conduct compliant tokenized offerings under the ONINO framework. Initial projects are already lined up, showcasing how businesses can tokenize and raise capital more efficiently.

To avoid confusion: We did have multiple prior instances of the ONINO Tokenization Platform used by customers as part of our ONINO White-Label Program, and this is now the central ONINO Tokenized Finaning Platform for anyone to finance on.

But October is not the finish line. It is the beginning of a growth curve. The launch demonstrates that tokenization on ONINO is practical, compliant, and ready. From there, we will scale: adding features, expanding access to more investors, and broadening the range of assets on the platform.
