Welcome
Welcome to the ONINO February 2026 community update with Alex, Lucas, Kai, and a special guest Kristina! This month covered new customer platforms, product progress, compliance updates, and what is coming next across community and marketing.
Customer platforms and new deployments
KIT Alumni investment platform
ONINO is building an investment platform with the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology community. The idea is simple. Innovation comes out of the university. Alumni want to support the next generation. The platform will help groups invest together into startups through a cooperative structure, with ONINO powering the infrastructure behind it.
The team plans to launch this first with KIT, then expand to more universities in Baden Württemberg, then scale nationally over time. The goal is to set a repeatable blueprint and roll it out across more campuses.
RealX tokenization platform

RealX is a white label platform expected to go live this quarter. It focuses on real estate in Romania, letting investors access fractional real estate exposure without having to buy whole properties themselves.
From a build perspective, the platform is ready. The remaining work is on licensing and regulatory steps. Once that clears, launch follows shortly after.
Investor club management platform
Another white label use case is investor club management. This supports groups like business angel networks and family offices who want to manage investments and allocate into startups, funds, or other products through one internal platform.
It is a good example of the broader white label thesis. The team does not think there will be one platform for everything. Instead, many focused platforms will exist, each serving its own ecosystem, while ONINO powers the same underlying infrastructure.
Events recap - KIT Innovators Homecoming

ONINO attended the KIT Innovators Homecoming, a large alumni and founder event with more than 600 attendees. The team presented tokenization as an investment rail and also announced the KIT white label platform on stage. Interest was strongest around tokenized startup investments and the alumni investment platform model.
Compliance update
A new regulatory mode is now supported on the platform under the ECSP regulation. The goal is to give issuers more compliant ways to structure and distribute assets, with configuration handled in the admin dashboard.
At this point, the platform supports three compliance modes across the EU and covers 24 jurisdictions, with more added continuously.
Product and feature updates
Most work in the last cycle targeted issuer and admin workflows, since that is where many operational requirements live. A few improvements are directly visible to investors too.
Refactored investor onboarding
A new onboarding flow was built with a clearer split screen layout. The aim is to reduce friction, help investors understand what is happening, and prevent drop off during the first session.
Compliance hardening and consent tracking
The team hardened compliance flows further by tracking key regulatory consents in a centralized ledger style system. It is designed to make consent history auditable and consistent across issuers.
Customizable admin backend
The admin backend is now modular and customizable per issuer. Different issuers need different investor fields, dashboards, and views. This change makes it easier to shape the platform to each client without rebuilding the entire admin layer.
Expanded language support
Romanian language support was added for the RealX deployment. The broader language system was also refactored to make future languages easier to add, such as French for a new issuer.
Updated e signing integration
A legally binding e signing solution is now integrated for issuers who need signed investment documents as part of their regulatory flow. The goal is to keep signing compliant while staying user friendly during the investment process.
Discord rewards and community plans

Kristina shared early plans for Discord based rewards. A spin the wheel mechanic is being prepared, with prizes like ONINO merch, NFTs, and Discord tier roles.
Some tier perks will include early updates, early reveals on new projects, and closer access to team news. Community feedback is invited on Discord features and support, with Kristina actively handling tickets and requests.
Marketing updates from Kristina
Marketing focus this month includes:
London networking events across fintech, B2B, AI, startups, and women in tech, with a client focus on white label and
partner platform outreach. With the aim of matching tokenization clients to service providers who support the issuance process.
SEO and GEO work to support a website remake and drive inbound demand, supported by more technical blogs from the dev team.
Content style changes on X, leaning more into real world examples and real images to make tokenization easier to understand for new audiences.
More motion graphics and video assets being produced for white label platform ads and reusable campaigns.
Closing
February showed steady momentum. New white label platforms are close to launch, compliance support expanded, onboarding and admin systems improved, and Discord rewards are being built for the community. More projects are in the pipeline than the team can share in one call, and updates will continue on Discord and in the next community update.
